- No facebook except on Feast Days and if there is important news to share with a large amount of people, quickly
- Morning, evening, office of readings, and compline
- Daily lectio
- no eating out, unless it’s with family or for a birthday (because I love birthdays), or a feast day.
- Simpler meals: limiting meat, perusing the farmer’s market for what we can eat around here in February and March (which I’m not thinking will be much, but we can try).
- Bed by 10:00, up by 7:00 (if not earlier. 6:45 would be ideal. We’ll see if my body will cooperate)


Simple meal: acorn squash (you can cook it in the microwave) mashed with parmesan, season salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little butter. So simple, but so delicious! (And no meat!)
Oooh that sounds really good. Must try that.
